A Pairing of Perfection

3/8/2020- 10am-12pm: $40 Come and join Christina for an Intuitive Yoga Flow and Empowering Meditation. All Skill levels are welcome. Bring your mats, Water, Blanket and Pillow if you desire. Class ends at 11am, tasting begins right after and ends at 12pm.  Payment Prior to event is requested, just click on the Ticket Link below to be directed to purchase option. A minimum of 10 Participants are need to make the class Active.  

A Pairing of Perfection 

Mmmm.... Yoga, Wine and Connection, who knew it could be so perfect? To tell you the truth... I didn't until I had the opportunity to do it myself, Now there is No looking back! With the pairing of the two, Practice Really Does Make Perfect.  You will notice the more you practice that their is a very important connecting factor..... MINDFULNESS.  In yoga, mindfulness is required to differentiate between the Practice of asanas or postures vs. simply moving the body.  With Mindfulness, conscious awareness of the infusion of our breath with our movement is what keeps us connected and in the present moment. This also holds true with Wine. There is a difference between Drinking a glass of wine and Tasting one. You must be Mindful and in the present moment to fully experience the excitement of Awakening multiple senses. More and More people out there are enjoying the experience of this pairing everyday. Are you ready to join them?

 *each participant will receive a tasting flight of 3 wines and also one Charcuterie board, per 3 guests.
