This is an Introduction to Reiki. Acknowledge and Open the Energy Channels within your body and mind to help you connect to Universal Energy. In this class you will learn the Benefits and Principles of Reiki, what it is and when/how to use it. You will also learn how to practice a Self-Treatment and more. Choosing to connect with Reiki is choosing to connect with yourself on a deeper level.
