Service Description

Take a Time Out to Zone Out! Each massage is different, depending on what your body is calling out for. Relaxation Massage (Swedish) is Lighter in Pressure and Slower in Movement, which makes the Heart Rate decrease and Overall Relaxation Increase. I also provide Deep Tissue/ Trigger Point/ Cupping Massage to really get into the muscle.

Cancellation Policy: You have up to 24 hours prior to your Appointment/Service/Class to cancel or make adjustments. I understand Life Happens, please understand that after the 24 hours, no refunds are promised. If I need to make adjustments (Cancellation/Date) to the Appointment/Service/Class, I can either extend your payment to the new date of Appointment/ Service/ Class or I will refund you. Thank You
